DESPATCH
All goods will be despatched within 3 working days (Monday>Friday)
In most cases depending on workload and availability orders before 2pm are despatched the same day.
please allow up to 5 days for delivery and in some cases depending on location up to 7days.
RETURNS CONDITIONS
We will only accept goods to be returned within a 30 day period.
Goods will only be accepted if.
They are faulty .
They are damaged .
Please note wheels that have been fitted with tyres a return will not be accepted.
(This condition is applicable to wheels only packages)
We do not accept human error by the customer if a wrong order has been made
and delivery of goods has taken place.
Even though a refund will not be given we will always try to resolve the situation by offering
a replacement set to the customer .
However the customer will have to accept the returns postage cost and the re-delivery
postage cost as this can not be covered at our expense.
DELIVERY
PLEASE CHECK ALL PACKAGES ON DELIVERY FOR DAMAGE BEFORE ACCEPTING AND SIGNING FOR.
IF FOR SOME REASON YOU SUSPECT THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE GOODS INSIDE.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR AND REJECT THE DELIVERY.
WE WOULD ADVISE AND APPRECIATE IF THIS DOES HAPPEN TO BE THE CASE
FOR YOU TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS IF POSSIBLE AND FORWARD THEM TO US.
THIS WILL HELP IN OUR CLAIM AGAINST THE COURIER FOR DAMAGES
AND ALSO WE WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE THE DECISION TO ISSUE A REPLACEMENT SET
