This rare 19th century Victorian desk paper clip features a polychrome cold painted parrot's head cast in relief and mounted on a white metal clip affixed to a small brown varnished wood board. The realistic head has bright green feathers, a red beak, and yellow eyes with black pupils. Hanging hole at the top so you can clip things to a wall. Spring works great! There is some minor damage to the parrot's right side at the neck. See photos.
