Clean with clear details on both sides, milled edge. Obverse design with King George VI facing left and legend around the edge.. Reverse side design has the Fijian Sailing Ship in the center, " SHILLING " above the Ship, date separated by the Ship and " FIJI " below the Ship. These Sail Ships were the only modes of Inter-Island travels. The 1942 Shilling was a WW2 issue coin, mint located in San Francisco, Ca. USA, bearing an "s" stamp, located below the Sail Ship and above the letters "I and  J" in FIJI. This One Shilling is in Extra Fine condition.
