Vintage Dresden Sunburst Light Cover 
Textured hand painted German Christmas bulb cover measures about 4" from top to bottom and has an 8.5" circumference. 
There are no chips or cracks to the glass and it is in nice colorful condition but is actively flaking paint off.
This bulb has been tested and did not light up.
It is being sold as is with its original unlidded box which is marked Germany
