Beschreibung:
Der Kondensator der Klimaanlage befindet sich zwischen dem Kühlergrill des Fahrzeugs und dem Kühler der Motorkühlung, in dem das gasförmige Kältemittel Wärme abgibt und in einen flüssigen Zustand übergeht. Das flüssige Kältemittel fließt zum Verdampfer im Armaturenbrett, wo es den Innenraum kühlt.
Der Kondensator funktioniert wie ein Autokühler, indem er nicht nur die Wärme ableitet, sondern auch das unter hohem Druck stehende Kältemittelgas abkühlt, so dass es sich in eine Hochdruckflüssigkeit verwandelt, die dann in den Sammeltrockner fließt, bis sie zum Expansionsventil gelangt.

Wenn Sie das Gefühl haben, dass es nicht kühl genug ist, kann dies an einem verstopften Kondensator der Klimaanlage oder einem nicht funktionierenden Kühlgebläse liegen. Ein Leck im Kondensator führt ebenfalls zu einem Kältemittelverlust.

Klimaanlagenkondensator austauschen:
Schritt 1: Entleeren und Auffangen des Klimakältemittels.
Schritt 2: Ausbau und Austausch des Kondensators.
Schritt 3: Entfernen Sie Teile, die dem Kondensator im Weg sind.
Schritt 4: Entfernen Sie die Klimaanlagenleitungen, die zum Kondensator führen.
Schritt 5: Nehmen Sie den Kondensator ab.
Schritt 6: Bauen Sie einen neuen Kondensator ein.
Schritt 7: Montieren Sie die A/C-Leitungen und ersetzen Sie die O-Ringe.
