Incredible black velvet gown from Parisian couturier Claude Riha featuring a scooped neckline, dropped waist bodice and gently puffed sleeves

The body of the skirt and sleeves is adorned with the most ornate white silk floral applique pattern and the underskirt finished with a black net spotted tulle

The dress is in beautiful condition and carries all the hallmarks of a high-end couture piece. There are minor flaws in the stitching due to the hand finished quality but nothing notably detrimental, and the netting along the bottom hem has minor wear at the point it kisses the floor
