Use inside or out. Shown with water to float candles. It will look much nicer with an actual floating candle instead of a votive.
Could also be a hanging planter. The glass bowls measure near 5 inches tall by 3&1/8 in diameter at the top. The whole piece stands 14 &1/2 inches tall.
