Sterling silver collector's spoon.  Etched/engraved in the bowl is "Town House Canandiagua, NY" and an etching of the building  The back of the spoon says Sterling with a capital 'S'.  Nicely engraved sterling silver souvenir spoon.  Please take a look at the photos for condition, no major issues.
