- was an Austrian sculptor and ceramic modeller. His bronze statuettes often show graceful dancers with long legs and closed eyes. Lorenzl designed numerous ceramics for Friedrich GOLDSCHEIDER and Keramos and was one of the most popular artists of Art Deco.

Depiction of an elegant, pretty dancer with dark, chin-length hair and large hoop earrings as earrings, presumably Dolores del Rio, a Mexican film actress, posing on tiptoes and wrapping her apparently unclothed body in a large, floor-length black cloth with stylized, colored floral decoration and long fringes, and holding the hem up behind her with her right hand.
On a black, stepped and curved oval base with artist signature 'Lorenzl' on the top of the base, behind the figure.
