Vintage 3M Active-Matrix TFT Data/Video Panel 5450.

I don’t know anything about this item. It’s a screen of some sort but if you’re looking at this I’m sure you know more about it than I do. Turns on but I don’t see anything on the screen. Bag is a bit worn and dirty. May need to be plugged into something or may need to be fixed- sold as is. Regardless of the flaws, I cant find anything like this on eBay or online. Please see pics
