Nice painting by Willard J Sauter- acclaimed landscape artist. Oil painting on a wooden board. A few small scratches on the painting upon close inspection. Some light areas of yellowing on painting.  Frame has some small scratches and scuffs. 16”x20”, framed it is approximately 19 1/2” x 23 1/4”. Please see pics
