Description

Both monitors are faulty. 

One powers on but fails to register strokes.  I replaced the sensor and reset the device and also updated the firmware.  None of this worked.  The screen also has a mark.

The other one has a badly damaged screen.  It is detected by the PC but the firmware does not update and it times and and loses connection.  It does power on and shows the screen shown in the photos.  This unit is also missing the battery cover.  Has significant signs of rust.
