You are bidding on a New SCALETRAINS CONRAIL SD40-2 PHASE IIC3 NUMBER 6462 DCC READY from the previous run not the latest run.  Unit has never been used on a layout only taken out of the box for pictures.  The unit is missing a fan grill  on the radiator section of the unit.  Good news is that I do have a replacement conrail color grill fan which will be in the box.
