Two Strand Genuine Pearl & Sterling Silver Bracelet. Both parts of the unique clasp are sterling silver as are the metal spacer beads. Skinnier strand is just pearls and silver spacers. The other strand alternates between pearls & what I think are carved pearls. What looks like blood spots appears to be a decorative element as it is only on the carved pearls.

The clasp is marked “STERLING” & “MHL”.

It would best fit a 6” or 6.5” wrist.

It’s such an interesting bracelet. In good condition.
