This paper Christmas album is from 2008 and is brand new in brand new condition.  My aunt had three of them (she had 3 kids) which I'm listing separately but please message if you are interested in more than one and I would be happy to combine shipping.

Kit includes: 1 paper album, 14 double-sided sheets, 12 double-sided photo mats, 1 sheet of clear title stickers, 1 sheet of epoxy stickers, 1 sheet of die-cut flourishes, and 1 envelope.
