Vintage 1999 Liberty Toy Dog Color Block plush stuffed animal Toy. Incredibly Rare. His plush is a bit broken down. He’s incredibly desired according to my research. He’s floppy and in a laying down position.

Mostly blue with color blocks of green, orange, yellow and pink.
