In 1971 with a logon “N'est pas un parfum pour le femmes effaces” (It’s not a perfume for shy women).  Discontinued.

2000-2003 (by different sources). Re-orchestration of the original and re-launched. .

Flacon designer:

Pierre Dinand. 

His blue/silver/black round aluminum canister impressed the public and keep attracting the consumers despite the flat content of nowadays.    

 

Odor profile:

YSL’s second fragrance and 1^st one in his masterpieces line of multidimensional parfums and gorgeous package.

Outstanding aldehydic floral fragrance built around gardenia absolute, contrasted with aldehydes from the top, highlighted by natural florals, well-balanced with powdery-woody-chypre accord.

 

Main notes to mention aldehydes, bergamot, gardenia, honeysuckle, jasmine, magnolia, rose, ylang-ylang, orris, sandalwood, tonka, oak moss, musk, vetiver, vanilla.
