Chris Speyer was the PC MP for the riding of Cambridge, elected in 1979, 1980, and 1984. He unsuccessfully ran for President of the PC Party at the 1981 National Convention AGM with this large, unusual pinback. We did not run again in 1988, and served the rest of his career as a judge for the Ontario Superior Court.
