Here we have an original vintage Frank Warren promotional boxing poster/flyer. 
NEC Arena, Birmingham, England, 19th January 1985.

This was Colin Jones 3rd attempt at getting his hands on the world welterweight crown have twice failed against Milton McCrory in 1983. 
1st settling for a draw for the vacant WBC strap & then losing a split decision in the rematch. But this time he was up against the 
formidable Don Curry who held the WBA version of the title, Jones was stopped in 4 rounds on a trench of a cut on the bridge of his nose,
Don Curry's slashing counter punching opened a split right down to the bone on the bridge of the nose of the brave challenger 
forcing the retirement at 36seconds of the 4th round. That was the end of the brave Welshman's challenge & career.
