NOTE: The base on these are ground and mostly smooth. This base has a couple of small rough spots on the edge. This could be the result of polishing the base flat, or could be a tiny flea bite chip. In any case, it is there, though unnoticeable.

This vintage Rainbow Art glass paperweight features a charming mushroom design in cobalt blue with white spots. I believe this is Rainbow, from what I can see online.
