Here's a rare find.  You'll have fun with this Buffet Crampon R13 wood clarinet.  "Made In France," the serial number is 55xxx which puts the date of manufacture around 1956.  The Buffet Crampon stamp is on all the pieces.  On the barrel is stamped P13 B 660.  The barrel stamp is, compared to the other stamps, very sharp/crisp so I'm not sure if it's the original. (see pic)  It has no other markings. Completely intact, it has; good body, sharp connection points, fair pads, no cracks/chips, Vandoren 88 M13 mouthpiece and case.  I believe this clarinet has been sitting for awhile. It has the wear of a used instrument that's been played but all-in-all looks solid and would detail nicely. Me?  I'm not a store/repairman.  Buy accordingly.  Looking for instruments and getting them into the hands of players is a hobby of mine.  Finding gems like this are what makes it fun.  I've come across a few of these in the past and, of course, they are prized.  Since whoever buys this will be an advanced player/collector, I'm sure you'll want to have your tech give it a complete going over for cleaning/adjusting/cork/pads/the works...and am selling as such. No question, a skilled hand could make it sing.  Get it mint and swing.  I'm proud to offer it and you'll be proud to own it.  Thanks for your interest and best of luck.
