For auction is this Antique unfinished Postage Stamp/Irish Chain that is mostly hand pieced with tiny stitches, and tiny 1" x1" squares pattern Quilt top and 19 extra blocks to finish the top. Finished part measures 26" x 64" and each small block measures 6 1/2" x 6 1/2". Quilt Top is made from early cotton fabrics of Flour sacks, calico, gingham, and shirting in nice rich colors of pink, brown, gray, cream, blue, red, violet, indigo blue, black, orange, green, and tan. Quilt top is in unfinished condition ready to be made into a quilt, does have tiny age spots that can be spot cleaned, and one torn piece on one corner of block, can be repaired, see photos. Very nice quilt top that would make a nice gift for a quilter or use as is for decorative piece, table runner, make pillows, etc. 

Great addition to a collection of vintage quilt tops, great display for in country cottage decor.
