Jean Shepherd is the author of the stories that he narrates on this MP3 set. His stories are taken from his books, In God We Trust… All Other's Pay Cash and/or Wanda Hickey's Night of Golden Memories… And Other Disasters. These stories are also the basis for what is perhaps his most famous work, the film A Christmas Story ("I Want A Red Ryder BB Gun...") that has been called "A Tribute to the Original, Traditional, One-Hundred-Percent, Red-Blooded, Two-Fisted, All-American Christmas..." starring Melinda Dillon, Darren McGavin and Peter Billingsley. His other great film taken from the stories on this CD set is titled It Runs In The Family (also known as My Summer Story) which stars Charles Grodin, Mary Steenburgen and Kieran Culkin. Not in shrink-wrap but otherwise in great shape this Flash Drive is brand new and never played. The stories are as follows:
