Meriam 4150 General Purpose Hart Communicator.

This unit powers up and is in near perfect cosmetic condition.

However, I am unable to get it to communicate with a Hart device.

Personally, I have never had one of these before and really do not know how to use it .

I am selling as not working and will not accept returns.
