This is a very adorable Velco #4087 Vintage Valentine girl planter in Excellent condition! It has no chips cracks, crazing, repairs, missing, flaking or touched up paint. It has two tiny manufacturing defects pictured in the last 2 photos. One is an extra bit of ceramic below her basket and the other is a small hole on the top of her head. Very, very minor.
