You are buying the toaster oven that you see in the photos. Only the oven that you see is included. NO baking tray included!! No mounting brackets or mounting hood. 

I gave the outside a quick dusting and a wipe, but that is the extent of the cleaning that I did. The outside and inside would both clean up great if you spend the time on it. I just don't have the time to do it so it is being sold just a bit dirty as shown. Ships VERY carefully!!!
