Here is a WONDERFUL and LIFE SIZE antique German character baby made by Hertel Schwab for Koenig & Wernicke. He is a grand size at 27 inches tall with a perfect bisque head on his 5-piece composition baby body. His head has been light-tested and there are NO hairlines or other damage noted. He has a beautiful face with rosy cheeks and finely painted facial features. He has his original brown glass sleep eyes that are in nice working condition and an open mouth with 2 upper teeth and a waggle tongue. His body is in good condition with an old repaint to his arms. All of his finger and toes are accounted for. There is the typical age-related wear. He comes dressed as seen in the photos. His little dog is a prop and is not part of the sale.
