AMERICAN FLYER PRE WAR #556 ROYAL BLUE ENGINE & TENDER RUNS! LOT #T-139

LOOK at this American Flyer Pre-War #556 Royal Blue Engine & Tender! A true survivor! Bench tested and runs! What a great addition to your collection or run on your layout! Runs good forward and reverse. Light works. Reverse sticks occasionally which is typical for older engines. Looks like it had some service with a new contact plate on the underside. Looks to be all original. With Link Couplers. Wheels appear to be good. Some lettering good, some faded. It has some pitting, paint chips and wear, which is normal for the age of the engine. Look CLOSELY at all the pictures as they are part of the description. As with any old trains we recommend lubrication and service due to the age we are selling this as restoration recommended. Sold as used, as pictured, as is, all sales final.
