Lady seems to be Brass and sitting on a Bronze base.  Base measures 7.25" across and 4" wide.  Stands 7.5" tall.  Has some letters on the bottom of the base but not enough to figure out.  Looks fully intact with no chips or cracks, see pictures for details.
