12” diameter x 2” back is red velvet and has the artist name on a cloth label hand made by Mary Phillip . Dated 1978 sewn on the front left side, see 2nd pic. The ribbon sewn on the back for hanging is loose and should be re-sewn to secure. I’ll leave as is so buyer can attach with just a few stitches.
