ImaPaqRat Return Policy: In most cases I do offer returns, I just am not opting into the new eBay Managed Return process.  Unless my listing specifically states, "SOLD AS IS! RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED", I will accept returns if contacted within 7 days of the item being received.  eBay's new Managed Return Process has too many holes and puts another barriers between the buyer and the seller.  If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact me through the eBay Messaging process so I can work with you.  Unfortunately, eBay has made a change to their system so sellers cannot offer returns managed by the seller, the seller is force now to either use eBay Manage Returns or select "No Returns Accepted" as the business policy.  Hopefully eBay will see the error in their ways and go back to the system that was working fine.
