These attachments are compatible with the Hobart mixers and have the 1/4 turn bayonet type fixing. Please note that these are not genuine Hobart attachments (hence the low price) they are a good quality aftermarket copy product that we have stocked and sold for many years.
The Hobart mixer sizes are referred to in quart's, one quart is more or less one litre, if you are unsure of what size your Hobart bowl is then measure how many litres of liquid you can fit into the bowl to give you a rough idea on what quart size attachment you need, all the different sizes, 12, 20, 30, 60 and 80 qt are available in our ebay shop under the mixer section. IMPORTANT NOTE: Paddles, Hooks and Whisks are not supplied with any warranty against breakage, it is important that you select the correct attachment for your purpose, an aluminium beater paddle may break if used to mix dough rather than a light liquid mix, likewise if a spatula or similar utensil is dropped and gets trapped in the bowl then this too would break a paddle or whisk quite easily, for this reason and as we have no control over what customers are using the attachments for we cannot offer any warranty for breakages.
