You are bidding on a BRAND NEW locking stainless steel latch for a trailer, toolbox, ect.

This latch measures 4 5/8 x 3 5/8 and would fit in a rectangular hole about 2 3/4 x 3 5/8 inches. The holes are 3 3/16 center vertically and 3 inches center horizontally. The whole mechanism is about 1.5 inches deep.

I also offer the non-locking version as well as the flat black (painted) version in my Ebay store - the last two pictures in this listing show your options!

If you need these shipped outside of the United States, I can fit up to two in a flat rate envelope for under $20 - Ebay messageme and I will change the shipping amount accordingly.
