This ebay auction is for one Strattec brand GM ignition lock cylinder. This lock is new in original packaging and comes with 2 GM logo keys....just as pictured. It has the small ears/knob/face for the small headed keys. This cylinder is the PASSLOCK type. The keys are NOT electronic in any way, but the lock cylinder has a small magnet in it that interacts with a sensor located inside the steering column. Strattec is an OEM and is the largest producer of automotive locks. This ignition lock cylinder is for vehicles with AUTOMATIC transmission. Vehicles with manual transmission will take a different cylinder, which has a push-button on the face of it. We have the manual trans lock...it is an additional $15.00. This lock comes with 2 working keys. For an extra fee of $3.50 per key, we can provide EXTRA keys for this lock cut on original GM logo key blanks. For an extra fee of $9.00 we can match this lock to fit an existing key. We can often match the lock using a high resolution image of your key...guaranteed if we approve the image. If you decide to buy and want any extra services, complete the transaction on the lock, but remember to send an ebay message reminding us of the extra services needed. Contact must be made immediately after buying or the lock will be shipped as is/as described. |
