On negative days, your mind will not be able to focus. Doubts and disbelief will constantly plague your mind about God. You will have doubts about your life, your goals, and your relationships. Pray, meditate, get your thoughts together and wait for positive day. Avoid excessive exercises or strenuous yoga practices on negative days. The best way to avoid mental nervousness and tension on negative is to chant soothing meditation mantras such as “KALI DURGE NAMO NAMA”. While sitting in the meditative position, think about all the things that make you angry and solve it in your mind. Do not try to clear you mind, you will get frustrated. Do longer meditation on negative days and shorter meditations on Positive days.
