Payment must be made within 3 days after you make the purchase. Please inform us if there are any delays.  Otherwise we may not be able to hold the item for you and unpaid dispute will  be open against the transaction.

Although 99% of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, as with any delivery service, occasional unforeseen circumstances may delay the receipt of your order so please allow at least 3 days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email before contacting us.

Terms

Items returned must be unused with the receipt, in the original package. If you return an item to us please get a proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. You can check with your courier). We will not be held responsible for the loss of returned items as well as the returned shipping cost if its not our fault. All Warranty Claims are RTB (Return To Base) and all shipping costs are paid for by the customer both ways.

If the item does not work properly or it is not the exact item you have ordered or damaged in transit, you should contact us immediately via ebay for a return/exchange.

Please note, you must contact us before you make the return/exchange and request a return through the Ebay System. Request for return/exchange must be received within 14 days of your receipt of the item through the Ebay System.
