This CD disc contains scanned images from the Oct. 1968 Chevrolet Trucks Illustrated Parts and Special Information Catalog. This disc contains images for the 1961-1965 Corvair FC Truck only.  Other vendors offering CD parts catalogs  have simply scanned the entire parts books which have very few illustrations and are mostly long lists of part numbers.  I bought those and found them almost useless.  There are some part numbers referenced on some of the pages, depending on year and illustration, but that is not the focus of this catalog.

 I discovered that there are no complete model illustrations for any given model while searching for certain items. "Back in the Day", parts people were expected to know how to use both the closest illustration guide and the detailed parts books to find the correct parts.  This CD contains everything i found in the catalog that referred to Corvair FC Trucks. I manually titled each illustration using the description i thought best fit the item to make searches easier than just using the standard GM nomenclature of the day.

The images are all scanned using Adobe PDF format and i have included a late copy of their Reader program in case you do not have it. 

 These images will certainly be helpful in restoring and maintaining the vehicles.
