If you have not received the item ordered within 7 days of payment

If you purchase in error you will be liable to pay the postage
of returns and swaps.

Notes to outer Zone UK mainland Customers: 
We will try our best to deliver to all our UK outer zone customers at no extra cost. 
However please be aware if your item becomes heavier we have to use other
couriers rather than Royal mail and it costs more. If such situation arises
we may contact you to take an extra payment (usually £10) to cover the postage costs.

In General Areas out of the UK Mainland Include:
 
  INVERNESS, N.IRELAND, BELFAST, SHETLAND & ORKNEY, WESTERN ISLES,
  SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS, AND ISLE OF MAN, PERTH, PERTHSHIRE.
