Land Rover Defender / Discovery 2 TD5 Fuel Pressure Regulator Repair Kit

Kit contains : 

1 x body fuel filter O'ring + 1 x sensor O'ring  ( genuine LR parts ). 

3 x fuel pipe O'rings, 1 x regulator tip seal O'ring, 1 x regulator body seal O'ring ( compatible parts ). 

Suitable for : all Discovery 2 (1999 - 2004) and Defender (1998 - 2007) TD5 Models.

Please note if your fuel pressure regulator diaphragm is faulty you will need a new pressure regulator this kit is for the o'ring seals only.

If your leaking diesel and its dripping off the bell housing or starter motor it could be your fuel pressure regulator seals are on the way out. Its a common problem, Land Rover will only supply a new regulator which will cost about £100.00. This is a universal kit which will fit all TD5 FPR's both the early 2 pipe and later 3 pipe units. The Fuel pressure Regulator is located on the rear of the engine on the right (drivers) side and is quite awkward to get to.

We would recommend the purchase of a regulator gasket as well. 

Tools required good range of spanners, sockets, screwdriver, circlip pliers, and some water pump pliers or pliers.

Suitable for all  TD5 Engines.
