Many customers miss this filter because it is located directly beneath the dust cup . Look for the word “pull” to lift the tray out and remove this square, foam filter. (This filter protects the vacuum’s motor from large bits and pieces.) The filter may be washed a few times. Cleaning and replacing filters regularly extends the life of your vacuum.
