Returns and Exchange
We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be posted back within 5 days of receiving them and be received by us within 30 days of auction end for ebay items and purchase date for website purchases.
- Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box inside the
- same priority mail box that it was shipped in. Credit will not be issued if shoe box is missing and/or has been altered with markings, price tags/labels, tape, etc.
- Please make sure that there is no scuff marks or dirt on the soles of the shoes when returning the item
- Seller will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. In the case of a return, refund will be issued only for the purchased item and not for the shipping cost
