In this set you get a whopping 110 g hair weft with 15 metal clips separately in the package. You can cut the weft as you like and simply attach the clips to make your own custom clip in hair extensions set. Note: The clips are not attached to the extensions.

- We provide FREEPOST returns label with invoice for items being returned within UK.
- Unused Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange. Returns are processed within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the item. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping or getting a proof of postage when returning item.
- Hair Extensions are a hygiene product so should be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that we do not accept any used/worn or tempered product.
- Please check the colour and length before removing extensions from their packaging. If any part of the packaging (including the golden hygiene band) has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund.
- We offer FREE Colour Exchange and Colour match service. We do not charge extra postage for sending an exchange within UK. International Customers will be asked to pay a charge if they originally paid postage.
Our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, however they have to cared for slightly differently than your own hair. We have made a quick summary of hair extensions do’s and don’ts for you.
DO’s
- You can curl, tong & straighten (GHDs) them. Always apply heat protection spray before using straighteners on them.
- You can wash hair extensions.
- You can dye them upto two shades darker, but do not lighten or bleach them. We strongly recommend getting professional help for dyeing. We recommend to perform a strip test on a small piece of the hair first. Once hair has been dyed it can not be returned and we do not take any responsibility for the results.
DON'T’s
- Don’t use products containing alcohol as they can dry out the extensions.
- Don’t use shampoo designed for volume or for dyed hair
- Don't wear your clip in extensions to bed; always take them out first
- Do not store your extensions in the plastic packaging. Store them in cotton or a breathable material.
- Don't wear your extensions for swimming and try not to get them wet in the rain
