Please be aware that we post all items within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment, and we will send an email to confirm that your items were posted. Australia post usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process the items and then however many days for delivery. Australia Post delivery time vary but a rough guide is 5 to 10 business days within Australia and for international air mail 10 to 21 business days.
We post all our tackle via Australia Post, and in some cases for heavy items we use a Courier. Our courier is also used for all our rods and larger items. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items (including shipping cost) that is obtained during delivery. We send all items out via regular post which does not have a tracking number. We also offer express post (please let us know before you checkout, so we can add it to your invoice).
ROD DELIVERY: Please make sure that you send us a street address as our courier can not deliver to a PO Box. Someone must be at the address to collect and sign for the item otherwise it may be left unattended.

Yes we do combine shipping on multiple items. When you have finished bidding on our items, please send us a message or email and we will happily combine purchases for you and apply shipping discount.

Tackle: Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost; any further items bought within 7 days will be charged at 50% off the normal shipping price (only 20% discount for international).
Combine Shipping Condition: To combine items, DO NOT checkout or pay for your items until you have finished making purchases. If you checkout or pay for items separately then they CANNOT be combined with other purchases later. Please note: that we are unable to combine different currencies together, so those items will have to paid for seperatately.

PICKUP SERVICE: Pickups are available from our showroom Monday to Friday 11am to 5.30pm. We can not accept walk in's and all ebay pickup's must be by email appointment only. We can no longer offer free pickup. Our pickup fees are: all items will incur a $5.00 fee per item. Please give us a email through Ebay's system to arrange a pickup time. We prefer at least 24 hours notice before picking up. Cash on pickup is our preferred payment when picking up, we also offer credit card and eftpos facility.
