The seat mounting cushion has two bolts about 14 inches apart.

 This new seat cushion and back rest replacement fits a Massey Ferguson Tractor and attaches to your original frame, throw out the old and replace with the new... 

 Fits: MF-50-60-150-165-175-180-255-265-275-285 and 1080. 

 Seat cushion is the GREY WITH RED TRIM. Comes in BLACK for Models 255-265-275-285. 

This seat is very high Quality Vinyl is an automotive grade vinyl and not the cheep thin vinyl like some have.  I have seats and covers for over 200 different models
