3. After submitting your IMEI No your order will be processed and delivered within the time specified above. We will mark your order as dispatched as soon as your IMEI is in process.

Once you have received your unlock confirmation please follow these instructions to unlock your device
1. Insert a non-accepted SIM card into the phone and restart your phone.
2. Providing your iPhone is running the latest iOS version your phone should unlock!

Unlockingshop can not be held responsible for any buyer errors and NO refunds will be issued for failed unlocks if this is found to be the case.
2. Once an order has been submitted on our server it can not be cancelled, amended or refunded.

We use Checkmend to verify the Blacklist status of IMEIs and will provide a certified report to eBay/Paypal should any claim be made for a non working unlock on a blacklisted IMEI. We may also pass this information onto local law enforcement agencies should we be requested to do so
4. If we are not able to unlock your phone due to the IMEI not being found in the suppliers database a full refund will be issued.
5. Unlockingshop can not be held responsible for failed unlocks due to any hardware or software fault on any device. Once the unlock has been confirmed by Apple no refunds will be issued. We use the Apple GSX site to verify ALL unlocks completed. Should you not be able to unlock your phone after following our troubleshooting instructions, you will need to contact Apple Customer Care to troubleshoot the problem in more detail
6. Devices that are jailbroken must be fully restored to the latest official IOS firmware using iTunes before the factory unlock will work. If you rely on a jailbreak/unlock please do not restore your device until you have received your unlock confirmation from us.
7. Delivery time quoted is approximate, we aim to process all unlocks within the time specified in this listing, however sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control (server downtime, network issues etc) this is not always possible. If you do not receive your unlock confirmation within the time specified please contact us by eBay message before opening any Paypal or eBay dispute.
