Red tail hot sauce is from Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chili peppers that are over 1,200,000 Scoville Heat Units. A ripe chili pepper flavor coupled with a creeping and lasting heat. A slow burn, building and peaking after about 5 minutes and lasting about 10 minutes.
