to 1kg (2lb) are measured in 1g increments (0.001kg / 0.05oz), then from 1kg up
to 5kg (11lb) are measured in 2g increments (0.002kg / 0.1oz), and heavier larger parcels and boxes from 5-20kg (11-44lb) in 5g increments (0.005kg / 0.2oz). This means you no longer need one scale for
letters and another for boxes, everything you need is in just one! This scale is an asset for any home or office.

Deliveries / Shipping
Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment. Depending on size, weight of item, your location or your choice or delivery - item will be delivered by Royal Mail, City Link, Hermes or another courier i.e. UK Mail who are usually a next day service. If you miss the delivery they will leave a card for you with a number to call to arrange redelivery. If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you another delivery fee and hold the right to charge an additional £15-30 inc VAT (to cover the return fee which is what we are charged by most courier companies). Where personal collections are available there is a £5 handling charge per item.
