All items sold by MrPolystyrene where possible are packed to ensure no damages during postage.

Items such as Sheets and Eggboxes are packed in polythene bags to stop them getting dirty, however extras are provided to cover any damage that may occur during postage.

All other items are packed in specially made corrugated boxes either with bubble or polystyrene for protection.

Once you item is dispatched MrPolystyrene cannot be held responsible for its loss or damage in the delivery process.

The number of damaged goods received buy customers is very low and loss of parcel is even lower.

Should you require peace of mind there is an option to send goods via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded which is selectable at the checkout process. Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service is traceable and a signature is required upon receipt, also the contents will be insured for up to £46.00.
