UK Freepost is included in the price for most items - so when you purchase a single item you know exactly what you are going to pay.
However, when purchasing multiple items the built in Freepost may well exceed the actual cost of postage and packaging, in which case you will always be refunded the overpayment.
All our P&P is at cost. No hidden charges.
Wherever possible multiple purchases will be sent by 24hr Courier -
please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
FAST DISPATCH
We aim to post on the same day or next day at latest, except for weekends.
We confirm dispatch to you when your order is posted or collected by courier
We use Royal Mail 1st Class post for most of our lighter items.
We always obtain a certificate of posting as proof of dispatch.
IF you do not receive your 1st Class mail within 1-3 days or your Standard Parcel within 3-5 days, please check with your Local Sorting Office (Not Post Office) as they will hold a non-delivery for 14 working days before returning it to us
UNDELIVERED POST : All undelivered post if not claimed at the Sorting Office is returned to us typically 14 – 19 working days. Overseas post up to 28 working days.
DAMAGED ITEMS : If an item arrives damaged in transit please let us know immediately. Please do not throw away the packaging as it may be needed in order to make a claim
