Contemporary calf, spine raised in five bands, red morocco label, gilt lettering and décor, hand painted marbled leaves.    Binding a little tired.

Condition:  Work complete and good overall condition.  Text a little browned and with occasional spots or stains, small tears at the margin of plates, and other minor defects; title page with an ancient manuscript signature.  Several manuscript annotations in pencil.including one drawing of an anchor  Please see photos.
